When you arrive at the entry gate for Terra Verde, you will be requested to present a form of identification (drivers license or passport) and in addition, some form of documentation relating to your vacation booking.
Your vehicle and vacation address will be logged and you will then be directed to the clubhouse to register. You will be required to purchase a gate entry pass for $20 per vehicle.
Late Check-in (10pm - 8am)
At the gate your vehicle and vacation address will be logged and you will be requested to register at the clubhouse reception after 8am on the following morning.
There are no assigned parking spaces, however, you are limited to two parking spaces.

To help our housekeeping team get the house in the best shape, we kindly ask for a little help from you before you head out. Please. . .
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Remove all trash from rooms and place it into the trash bench outside the front door
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Turn off all TVs, fans, and lights
- Replace any furniture you may have moved
- If you used the grill/bbq, please clean it and replace the cover
We'll take it from there. No need for you to strip the beds or wash the towels.
Damage Deposit
The damage deposit will be refunded 7 days after check out.
Please note not following the instructions, excessive cleaning or laundry, and any physical damages to the townhouse will be deducted from your deposit.
