We want you to enjoy your stay and have fun, to allow all community guests to do the same please avoid anti-social behavior. Quiet hours are enforced from 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM.
Any fines due to anti-social behavior will be passed on to the guest.

Smoking is NOT allowed in the townhouse.
If you choose to smoke on the front step or back patio, please make sure to clean up all cigarette/cigar ash and butts.

Terra Verde welcomes leashed dogs; please make sure to clean up after your pets both inside and outside of the unit. We understand accidents happen, there is a bottle of pet stain remover in the laundry room if needed.

We kindly ask that you do not turn the thermostat below 72 degrees. This may freeze the unit and you will be responsible for repair costs under this circumstance.

Florida is home to a large number of insects due to the warm climate. It is extremely important to avoid leaving any food open and to make sure that trash is not left out. If there seems to be an excessive number of bugs please let us know.
